Jessica Senff is a science and maths teacher from the Southern Tablelands, Australia who lives with her husband, three children, four rescue cats and boardoodle Bruno. She grew up with a thirst for books and was inspired by a variety of fantasy/fictional author's including Andre Norton, Anne Bishop, Frances Hodges Burnett, Matthew Riley and, of course, J K Rowling.
Her fantasy novels are based in magical worlds, and are centered around strong young men and women whom face a variety of unique problems, often involving evil sorcery. Yet the main characters prevail, time and again, reminding the reader that there are often solutions to be found in life - with a littler perseverance and good humour.
